Our theme this week is "Ratbird Riot!" ... You can do dishes in a Baltimore style/theme, make something out of the various edible birds out there, come up with a side that goes well with a plucked specimen, or even just a good party dish (hence the RIOT).
Our Cincinnati Bengals are in the playoffs, but they are still looking to avenge their only "butt whooping" from all-season ... against the rival Baltimore Ravens! The Ravens are in town to close out the season, already crowned as the 2012 AFC North Champs, the Ravens are play for seeding ... the Bengals are playing for blood!
