Our theme this week is "Ratbird Riot!" ... You can do dishes in a Baltimore style/theme, make something out of the various edible birds out there, come up with a side that goes well with a plucked specimen, or even just a good party dish (hence the RIOT). We're deep frying at least one, possibly TWO, turkeys for the tailgate! Check back here often for menu updates (when they are emailed to Big John) as we get closer to the game!
